AIDS protestors at White HouseAdd to Cart Add to Lightbox Download
A U.S. Park Police officer removes ribbons from the White House fence on July 24, 2012. The ribbons were placed there by protestors criticizing U.S. support for pharmaceutical companies which have resisted generic licenses for their drugs for people living with HIV and AIDS. Several people were arrested after tying the ribbons, many connected to prescription bottles, to the fence. The protest took place during the XIX International AIDS Conference.
